Philosophy

First of all let me tell you that I think all women are beautiful. I approach makeup as a tool to enhance one’s natural beauty. Makeup helps complete a look. Just as you would coordinate your shoes, accessories and outfit, the right application of makeup can polish your overall look and really make an impact on your appearance. Whether you’re heading out to the evening office party or walking down the aisle, you want to put your best foot forward (and best face forward for that matter!). Makeup should make you feel good about yourself, not self conscious. I feel it is important to understand my client’s needs and preferences so I can create a makeup application that is utterly stunning but still stays true to my client’s own beauty. That being said, makeup can be very fun and you should experiment with it. If you’re feeling adventurous and want to glam it up for the company holiday party, I will work with you to create a “knock em’ dead” look that is sure to blow your coworkers away.

I only use top of the line makeup products such as Bobby Brown and MAC Cosmetics to ensure my clients are getting the best quality products and a wide range of colours. Since I am member of the MAC Pro Artist network, I regularly attend seminars and events to be “in the know” on the latest beauty trends and makeup styles.

I also strictly adhere to Health Canada’s guidelines on makeup application and guarantee that all my products and applicators are safe and sanitized.
